This notice explains how we handle your information when you apply for a role with Right Prompt.
Roles based in the United Kingdom are offered by Right Prompt Technologies (UK) Limited; roles based in India are offered by Right Prompt Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The entity offering the role is the controller of your application information.
The information in your application: your CV, name, contact details, work history and anything else you choose to include, plus notes from interviews and assessments. If we make you an offer, we will also ask for information needed to employ you, such as proof of your right to work.
Your information is used only to assess your application and manage the recruitment process. It is shared only with the people involved in hiring for the role, which may include colleagues in both the UK and India where a role spans the group.
If your application is unsuccessful we keep it for six months from the end of the process, then delete it, unless you ask us to keep your details for future roles. Application files are stored in our recruitment mailboxes and systems, not on this website.
You may ask to access, correct or delete your application information at any time by emailing info@rightprompt.ai. UK applicants may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office; applicants in India may raise a grievance with the Data Protection Board of India.
